2. Acceptance of Terms

Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your og77 account using approved payment methods displayed on our platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as specified on the platform and may vary by payment method.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed according to our stated timelines, typically within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours for e-wallet withdrawals and one (1) to two (2) business days for bank transfers. All withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name. og77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals. 5.3 Fees and Charges

og77 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own fees, for which og77 bears no responsibility. Currency conversion, if applicable, will be processed at prevailing exchange rates, and any associated costs will be deducted from the transaction amount.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal. og77 reserves the right to impose additional wagering requirements or decline withdrawal requests if we suspect money laundering or other illegal activities. We may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

7.4 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, any incomplete game rounds will be resolved according to the game's specific rules. For most games, incomplete rounds will be automatically completed based on the last action taken before disconnection. You can view the results of incomplete rounds in your game history once reconnected.

8. Prohibited Activities

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using automated betting systems, robots, bots, or any software designed to manipulate gameplay or outcomes
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages or manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in chip dumping, money laundering, or using og77 Casino for any illegal financial transactions

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action. og77 reserves the right to report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by Player

You may close your og77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements. og77 will process the final withdrawal within the standard withdrawal timeframe. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; creating a new account after closure is prohibited.

9.2 Termination by og77

og77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if we determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used our services in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws. Upon termination for cause, og77 may forfeit any remaining account balance and withhold any pending withdrawals.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from gambling activities may request account closure with a cooling-off period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanent exclusion. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or create new accounts with og77. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to customer support.

10. Limitation of Liability

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall og77's total liability to you exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless og77 Casino, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or regulation; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) your use of og77 Casino services.

11. Changes to Terms

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
